Job Description

This is a newly created role within the company, focusing on quality management in food manufacturing and production. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing both internal and external quality assurance and control processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal quality function
• Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control
• Set and monitor KPIs for quality performance improvement
• Manage quality systems and processes
• Ensure end-to-end quality control from raw materials to finished products
• Provide support and guidance to key stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience in food manufacturing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating a quality function within a business
