The Opportunity: Warehouse Supervisor Position

Ford New Zealand is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Mt Wellington, Auckland. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the service and distribution of dealer parts. Key Responsibilities

• Promote continuous OH&S practices and principles
• Supervise and manage hourly labor
• Promote multi-skilling and people development
• Manage warehouse productivity and operational targets
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Supervise various warehouse activities including Inbound, Outbound, Claims, and Cycle counting

Desirable Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for customer service and teamwork
