Quantitative Researcher Full-time Job

Job Description: Quantitative Researcher (Intelligence and Insight Specialist)

We are currently looking for a Quantitative Researcher (Intelligence and Insight Specialist) to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role with locations considered in all IR locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end quantitative research adhering to best practices
• Design questionnaires, script, and manage projects
• Create insightful reports
• Promote and perform best quantitative research methodologies
• Generate data that supports intelligence-driven decision-making
• Craft narratives that inform and inspire stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative research design and implementation
• Market research agency experience
• Expertise in data integration, sampling design, and weighting techniques
• Ability to handle and analyze complex data from varying sources
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Qualtrics or similar platforms (preferred)
