The role:

As the company embarks on a new $70 million Apartment project, they are seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor to lead this high-profile venture. You will receive support from the Commercial Manager and other areas of the business to ensure you have all the necessary tools for success.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a similar position with a main contractor in the New Zealand market. Exposure to large commercial construction sites, particularly those valued at $50 million or more, is preferred.

Location:

This position is based in Auckland CBD.

Salary:

The salary range for this role is NZD 150,000 - 170,000 per annum.
