Survey Manager Full-time Job

About the Company:

This respected consultancy specializes in civil infrastructure and land development, with a strong presence in Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland. They are currently seeking a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join their Christchurch team as the Survey Manager. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of Planners, Surveyors, and Engineers on various urban development and infrastructure projects.

The Role:

As the Survey Manager, you will have both technical and operational responsibilities. Your duties will include project oversight, supervision, project management, providing cadastral surveying services, QA of scheme designs, client liaison, and more. You will also be responsible for managing a small surveying team and closely collaborating with the Auckland survey team.

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor
• Relevant NZ experience, including team management
• Proficiency in 12d and Landonline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior management experience
