## About the Opportunity

We are dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients and are currently seeking a talented receptionist to join us. As a receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring our patients and visitors receive top-notch service both in person and over the phone.

## What We're Looking For

We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and team-oriented individual who excels in communication, both in person and over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with clinic management software are preferred. Candidates should be committed to delivering exceptional patient care, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail and confidentiality maintenance skills. A positive and proactive attitude, along with health/rehabilitation experience, would be beneficial for this role.

## Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors warmly - Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails for multiple clinics - Schedule and confirm appointments - Assist with processing payments and managing billing inquiries - Maintain patient records - Collaborate with the team across various sites
