Overview

Kinetics Physio is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team at our AUT Millennium clinic. Our clinic caters to a diverse clientele, including weekend warriors, elite athletes, and post-surgical rehab clients. This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills to interact with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a dynamic, friendly, and professional demeanor. Computer proficiency is essential, and prior experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous. The primary objective of this position is to provide excellent customer service, create a welcoming front-house environment, and support our physiotherapists in delivering top-notch care.

Job Details

- Position: Receptionist - Hours: Approximately 25-30 hours per week - Shifts: Between 8 am to 6 pm (specifics to be confirmed) - Location: Mairangi Bay Auckland - Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour
