Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Recovery Partner at ACC, your role will involve partnering with clients who require one-on-one support due to their intensive needs. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve the best possible outcomes, whether through rehabilitation, goal setting, or planning for their future needs. Your responsibilities will include investigating information to facilitate funding for treatment outcomes and rehabilitation, managing the claim process, and liaising with service providers and clients. Your strong communication skills, quick learning ability, and time management expertise will be crucial in this role.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideally, you have experience working as a case manager or have worked with vulnerable clients. Your ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and their whanau, support individuals and providers holistically, and effectively communicate by phone or email will set you up for success in this role. You should possess strong organizational skills, professional judgment, and computer literacy. Previous experience in case management would be advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

The indicative starting salary for the Recovery Partner role at ACC is around $77,502, with an additional 9% superannuation contribution. This brings the total starting package to approximately $84,477.
