Job Responsibilities:

As a Personal Lines Broker, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing a portfolio of clients primarily through phone and email interactions
• Handling new business, quotations, renewals, and endorsements
• Collaborating with underwriters and the Claims team to manage the claims process
• Providing exceptional customer support to clients and stakeholders

What We Look For:

To excel in this role, you must have:

• Prior experience in Personal Lines from either an insurer or brokerage
• A Level 5 qualification
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
• A customer-centric approach to service
