Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a warm Construction and Civil desk, interacting with clients, contractors, and candidates in the Christchurch market. The role involves building relationships, advertising roles through various platforms, and focusing on positions like Carpenters, Project Managers, Excavator Operators, Quantity Surveyors, and Drainlayers. Recruitment or trades experience is required for this role.

Qualifications and Skills

Heights is looking for motivated individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in recruitment or trades, excellent relationship-building abilities, organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Sales or customer-facing experience, knowledge of the industrial trades sector, and a positive attitude are also important qualities for potential candidates.
