The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us at a pivotal moment of change. In this role, you will play a significant part in contributing to our vision of creating a more equitable, accessible, cohesive, and people-centered health system. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development and facilitation of initiatives aligned with our People Plan and Learning & Development Strategy to build capability and empower leaders and staff at the district level.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in facilitating a variety of learning and development solutions in an adult learning environment.
  • Ability to adapt facilitation approaches to cater to different learning needs.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality learning content.
  • Commitment to culturally responsive services and practices, particularly for Māori, Pacific People, and other cultures.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.

Your Contribution

As part of our team, you will bring a commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner and an understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles. You will also demonstrate competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or show a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
