Job requirements

- Experience in a similar regional or multi-site management role. - Exceptional leadership skills and the proven ability to develop and motivate retail teams. - A proven track record of being able to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Experience in successfully leading store operations delivering operational excellence across all business areas. - Strong relationship management and the skills to communicate effectively both internally and externally.

Job responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and support stores in achieving KPI’s. - Regularly visit all stores to work with the teams, review performance, and identify opportunities. - Build high performing customer focused teams. - Oversee the store merchandising standards, ensuring national campaigns are accurately implemented and an exceptional customer shopping experience is delivered. - Lead the daily operations of the stores in your region to achieve operational excellence. - Collaborate with the wider regional management team to deliver continuous improvement.
