Join Our Team as Regional Manager

As the Regional Manager at Bendon Lingerie, you will lead 10 retail teams across the North Island to create a trust-filled environment in fitting rooms, driving sales, and team development. Based at our head office in Auckland Airport Oaks, you will play a key role in supporting our teams to embody our values and purpose daily.

Qualifications We Seek

• Experience as a Multi-Site or Multi-Department Manager
• Proven track record in sales and KPI achievement
• Financial acumen with P&L experience
• Visual merchandising expertise in apparel retail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
