Role Overview

In this position, you will be reporting to the Region Training Manager and working closely with various teams and individuals within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide training support to Chief Fire Officers, Controllers, Station Training Coordinators, and other key personnel. This role will involve delivering training at different locations nationally and ensuring that the organization's volunteers and career staff receive the necessary education and skill development.

Key Requirements

  • Operational knowledge and experience in Fire Fighting
  • Experience in adult education and training delivery
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with different teams and individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving results and working collaboratively
