### Job Description We are looking for a talented Research Manager with approximately 3 years of research experience to work on projects involving brand and market understanding, customer experience, corporate reputation, and more. As part of our collaborative team, you will support Research Directors, manage client relationships, and lead research projects.

### Key Responsibilities - Collaborate on proposal writing and project budgeting - Design questionnaires and provide guidance to junior researchers - Prepare presentations and reports with strategic recommendations - Present findings to clients effectively

### Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of research experience - Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills - Highly organized and passionate about insights - Excellent presentation and reporting abilities - Tertiary qualified in social sciences, psychology, statistics, or marketing
