### Role Overview As the Research Process Improvement Specialist, you will work closely with the Research Services Improvement Manager to co-design initiatives aimed at enhancing research services in collaboration with researchers and university research management professionals. Your responsibilities will include identifying pain points, collaborating with various teams across the University, and facilitating special interest groups to prioritize and develop improvement initiatives.

### Requirements - Tertiary qualification - Minimum of 4 years of experience in process documentation development - Proven track record of leading improvement initiatives in complex organizations
