## Job Opportunity at Brooks Running: Retail Store Manager

### About Brooks Running Brooks Running is a world-renowned athletic brand that is dedicated to inspiring people to run and be active. As industry leaders in design and innovation, we are currently seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the team at our new Manawa Bay Premium Outlet store at the New Manawa Bay Shopping Complex in Auckland Airport- Manukau.

### Responsibilities As a Store Manager at Brooks, you will be responsible for: - Weekly Reporting - Driving and achieving sales targets - Leading, developing, and coaching staff - Stock control and management - Store organization - Visual merchandising - Rostering - Maintaining a clean and safe workplace - Monthly OHS checks - Banking - Opening and closing of the store

### Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 2 years of retail management experience - Experience with high volumes of stock - Strong team leadership and coaching skills - Understanding of KPI's - Supportive leadership style - Hands-on approach - Visual merchandising experience - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook - Availability for weekend work - Experience in the Sporting Retail Industry is an advantage
