If you are a qualified carpenter with a minimum of 5 years of experience and looking for room for personal and professional growth, this opportunity might be perfect for you. Our client, an Auckland-based construction company, is offering an exciting project on the North Shore that is expected to last approximately 18 months with the potential to become a permanent role.
About You
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in New Zealand
- Experience in roofing and maintenance carpentry

About the Role
As a reliable and trustworthy carpenter, you will be responsible for roofing work and maintenance carpentry. Strong communication skills are crucial for meeting daily deadlines and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Installing metal roofing onto metal trusses
- Lifting up to 25kgs
- Performing framing work
- Assisting other carpenters in the commercial team
What You Bring
- Valid Site Safe certification
- Experience working at heights
- EWP certification (beneficial but not required)
- Strong commitment to health and safety practices
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and values
