Role Overview: Roster Coordinator

As a Roster Coordinator at Hato Hone St John, you will play a vital role in ensuring our ambulance staff are effectively scheduled to provide timely medical response services. This dynamic position involves coordinating workforce planning, managing daily and weekly rosters, and handling leave requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate administrative functions for workforce planning
• Maintain database records for daily staff rosters
• Collaborate with ambulance staff and leadership team
• Ensure staffing service levels are met efficiently
• Manage weekly rosters and leave requests

Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and qualities:

• Experience in rostering or scheduling roles
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work with systems and processes
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
