About the Role:
- Lead, support, and develop the District Business Services team
- Provide day-to-day administration support for various functions
- Coordinate events, travel, and accommodation
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and volunteers
- Contribute to financial management and analysis
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated ability to lead team members
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Previous administration and Project Coordination experience
- High level of attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills within the Microsoft Suite
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
