Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in a large retail business

  • Experience in setting and achieving financial goals, managing KPIs, and controlling costs
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a customer-first culture and mindset while utilizing consumer insights to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Skills in analyzing market potential, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring local relevance across all sales channels
  • Ability to coach, develop, and build high-performing teams aligned with business objectives
  • Cultural competency and experience in integrating diversity, equality, and inclusion practices within an organization
