Job Description

As a Sales and Support Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships, selling to retailers, and targeting new channel development in SMEs, retailers, government departments, and embassies. Your role will involve educating potential clients on the value of our product and generating leads to create additional revenue streams for their businesses. This commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential, with travel and fuel costs covered, along with performance-based commissions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, strong rapport-building skills, and a passion for biometrics and photography. Additionally, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office suite, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets are essential. A tertiary qualification in business or marketing is preferred but not mandatory. Above all, you should be confident in cold calling retailers and generating leads to drive sales growth.
