Job Requirements

- 1+ years' experience in a similar role - Responsible work ethic - Well-presented and proactive - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Passion for sales and interest in the diamond industry - Exposure to diamond or jewellery business is a plus

Job Responsibilities

- Assist clients in selecting engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewellery - Conduct client consultations through various channels - Tailor product presentations to meet clients' needs - Support with order processing, inventory management, and showroom organization - Provide in-depth education on lab-grown diamonds and ring settings - Assist the Operations team with administrative duties

Qualifications

- Experience in a similar role - Passion for sales and the diamond industry - Positive attitude and solution-focused approach - High-level service standards
