Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated Casual Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services, generating sales leads, and acquiring new clients through outbound cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce our services to potential clients
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and identify sales opportunities
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our service manager
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Previous sales or telemarketing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls
• Flexible availability to work weekdays for 4-6 hours between 8am-5pm

Remuneration

The remuneration for this position ranges from $23.15 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer commission for clients onboarded. We provide a supportive work environment and ongoing training opportunities.
