Job Description: SAP Training Lead

Overview

We are looking to hire a SAP Training Lead for an initial 12-month contract in Auckland. The role involves managing a medium to large team and ensuring the successful delivery of training to end-users as part of a large S/4HANA implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of SAP training materials
• Provide effective and timely management of all SAP training requirements
• Interact with large groups of employees and in one-on-one sessions
• Plan and implement effective processes to improve technology support to users

Key Requirements

• 8-10 years of SAP Training delivery experience
• Previous S/4HANA project experience
• Experience in training delivery of SAP Modules
• Experience in leading a medium-sized SAP Training team
• Demonstrated experience in delivering quality SAP Training
• Excellent communication skills
