What You'll Do

As a Senior Account Manager at Spur, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing medium to large-scale events and activations for our clients. You will work closely with our account service team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The role is fast-paced, fun, and highly rewarding, perfect for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the industry.

Role & Responsibilities

You Will Be Organized:

• Manage large-scale projects and be the main point of contact for key clients.
• Collaborate with the studio team to develop creative campaigns.
• Ensure first-class customer service and maintain agency standards.
• Oversee project schedules, manage expectations, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

You Are Practical, Knowledgeable & Resourceful:

• Understand clients' business and marcomms objectives to align agency activities accordingly.
• Respond to briefs across marketing areas such as sponsorship activation, events, and experiential marketing.
• Manage on-site events and activations, working with suppliers and agency teams.

Communication is Key:

• Review project status reports, lead meetings, and manage junior staff and suppliers.
• Maintain good communication with design and creative teams.
• Provide progress reports to clients and senior management.
