The Role of Event Director

DARKHORSE is currently seeking an Event Director to join our dynamic integrated events team. The role is pivotal as you will be in charge of overseeing and leading our brand experience and event projects to ensure they meet clients' KPIs. You will also have the responsibility of managing one of our key luxury clients, overseeing integrated campaign executions, leading a team, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

What We Require

- Development and implementation of strategic integrated campaigns - Execution of creative concepts for events while maintaining DH standards - Collaboration with the events team to enhance experiential approaches - Strong industry knowledge and supplier relationships - Effective leadership skills to ensure project success and client satisfaction - Forecasting profitability and client growth opportunities - Excellent writing and communication abilities - Out-of-the-box creativity for client ideation - Proficiency in team management, client relations, and budget oversight - 7+ years of experience in the events industry - Agency experience preferred but not mandatory - Strong time management and autonomy - Positive and sociable personality
