About the Role

The Senior Adviser position at FMA involves proactive engagement with senior stakeholders, monitoring compliance of license obligations, assessing regulatory reports, responding to non-compliance events, and engaging with supervised entities. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining regulatory regimes while fostering transparent relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

Successful candidates for this role will have experience in the financial services sector, preferably with a legal or regulatory background. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are also key attributes.
