Job requirements:

Job responsibilities:
- Represent DOC in Treaty of Waitangi settlement negotiations - Lead development and delivery of Treaty settlement conservation redress - Advocate for Conservation portfolio interests - Interact with senior officials and the Minister - Collaborate with partners and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in negotiations or the Treaty Settlement Process - Experience leading on advice, projects, and relationships - Familiarity with working with leaders in iwi and government
Skills:
- Analytical skills - Strong written communication - Collaboration and relationship management - Understanding of te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo
