Senior Infrastructure Advisor Full-time Job

Job responsibilities:

- Collaborating with project managers, clients, contractors & consultants - Managing design phases of major projects - Overseeing early-stage commercial management including contracts & procurement - Providing proactive cost control advice - Effective communication and relationship management with clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years large infrastructure project experience in New Zealand - Previous senior experience inside a major engineering consultancy or advisory firm - Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying or similar

Skills:

- Client-facing presentation skills - Knowledge of contract and law within NZ construction such as NZ3910 and variations
