Role Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will be responsible for advising local, national, and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience in a corporate commercial environment, demonstrating expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, business advisory, capital markets, and more. A collaborative team player with a passion for transactional law will thrive in this role.
