Job requirements

- Past experience in a local Accounting firm at a heavy intermediate/low senior level - Wide range of client portfolio experience - Comfortable in preparing a full set of accounts via Xero - Strong knowledge of NZ IRD tax requirements - Ideally CA qualified or midway with being qualified

Job responsibilities

- Preparation of financial statements, tax planning & other compliance duties - Managing work flow and ensuring jobs are completed within budget - Managing the relationship and contact with Clients - Cashflow, budgeting, forecasting & reporting - Review and coaching of junior team members - Business development activities towards growing the client base

Qualifications

Skills

- Comfortable in preparing a full set of accounts via Xero - Strong knowledge of NZ IRD tax requirements - Stakeholder management and ability to communicate directly with clients
