An established legacy firm in the North Shore region is seeking a Senior Manager for their BAS team. This role offers a salary range starting from $160K along with benefits. Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end tasks for an established portfolio of clients
• Preparation of financial statements, tax planning, and other compliance duties
• Reviewing the work of junior staff members
• Managing and monitoring the commercial aspects of engagements
• Managing client relationships

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in an established NZ Accounting practice
• Strong knowledge of Xero packages and industry tools
• Familiarity with NZ IRD tax requirements
• Experience in stakeholder management and direct client communication
• Leadership and team management skills
