As a Finance Manager at Springboard, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our financial health and integrity, making a significant impact in the non-profit sector.

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager

• Oversee financial accounting, audit, and integrity
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and manage systems to mitigate risks
• Handle payroll and prepare financial reports
• Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with senior leadership
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to the management team
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and government regulations

Qualifications for the Role

• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles, fund accounting, and grant management
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Passion for social impact and alignment with the organization's mission
