Role Overview

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead large land development projects, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with clients and council authorities. Reporting to the Director of Civil Engineering, you will play a key role in managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Managing and mentoring staff
• Liaising with clients and council authorities
• Overseeing project feasibility assessments
• General civil design and resource consent preparation
• Contract administration and preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Strong experience in land development design
• Knowledge of resource consenting requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Excel, Word, and MS Project
• CPeng certification (preferred but not essential)
