Responsibilities

As a Structural Team Leader, your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching a small team, identifying new business opportunities, managing resources, and leading the delivery of structural design projects. Your role will also involve preparing reports, business plans, and ensuring project success through effective leadership.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, a minimum of 10 years’ experience in structural engineering, and hold a current CPEng qualification. Experience in minor structures and retaining wall design is essential, along with strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
