Job Description: Senior Clinical Research Associate I (SCRA I)

The SCRA I role involves activities related to the evaluation, initiation, monitoring, and close out of clinical trials to ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH GCP guidelines, and other regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, generating documentation, monitoring data, resolving discrepancies, participating in audits, and more.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRA in a CRO or Pharma company - Formal ICH GCP training - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to work under pressure in a team environment - Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
