Responsibilities

• 60%: Respond to security incidents by monitoring, escalating, and handling tickets.
• 10%: Provide technical guidance and mentoring on Cyber Security operations.
• 30%: Conduct research and development activities including evaluating new products, analyzing risks, road mapping, and designing proof of concepts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Information Cyber Security Operations.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security monitoring, operations processes, and industry technologies.
• Proficiency in Endpoint Protection, Detection and Response, MS Operating Systems, Networking Fundamentals, Internet Protocols, DDOS & WAF protection.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, collaborate as a team player, communicate effectively, and maintain a customer service focus.
