Senior Electrical Engineer Opportunity in Auckland

An Engineering Consultancy in Auckland is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. With a robust project pipeline for 2024 and beyond, they are looking for a skilled professional to take on various responsibilities in the electrical engineering domain.

Role Responsibilities

• Conducting concept studies and investigations
• End-to-end design through to commissioning and handover
• Writing detailed reports
• Experience in the design and delivery of high voltage/low voltage power systems and industrial control systems
• Proficiency with design packages such as ETAP, DigSILENT, CYMCAP, or similar (preferred but not mandatory)
• Project management experience in delivering electrical engineering projects

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Engineering (NZCE / BE or equivalent) in electrical engineering. Additionally, candidates must be based in New Zealand and possess a valid working visa to be eligible for this role.

Salary and Contact Information

The salary for this position is negotiable depending on the candidate's experience, with discussions reaching up to circa $150,000.
