About the Role: Engineering Opportunity in the Surgery Business Group

If you have a background in engineering and are eager to contribute to establishing new therapies and products in surgery, this role might be perfect for you. As a member of the Surgery Business group at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, you will be instrumental in developing products that will revolutionize patient outcomes in the operating theatre. Your responsibilities will include sustaining current products, leading design changes, overseeing manufacturing processes, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years' experience in medical device manufacturing
• Lead design control process from concept to manufacturing
• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and achieving milestones
• Resolve complex technical and operational challenges
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
