The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering trade certificate and relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG. They should be able to work independently and plan their own day, focusing on preventative maintenance, supporting manufacturing operations, and handling capital upgrades. Experience in high-volume manufacturing and skills like welding, machining, and troubleshooting components are necessary for this role.
