You will work closely with our established structural team on a variety of exciting projects, providing technical support, participating in design reviews, and enhancing our team's skills development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth of our façade engineering service line
• Win and deliver projects by collaborating with project teams
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Participate in design charettes and concept reviews
• Improve existing processes and technology tools

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in façade engineering, experience in a senior role, and excellent relationship management skills.
