## Join Our Team as a Senior Finance Business Partner We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team at our Head Office in Highbrook, Auckland. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders and various teams to drive financial efficiencies and provide valuable insights for decision-making.

### Key Responsibilities - Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L, and balance sheet analysis - Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide strategic insights - Partner with Manufacturing teams for cost analysis and efficiency recommendations - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on customer pricing and trade marketing strategies

### Qualifications and Skills We are seeking fully qualified Chartered Accountants with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Management Accounting roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent reporting skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a proactive approach to driving change and growth within the organization.
