Are you well-versed in technical accounting advisory or financial statements audit? The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) is seeking a Senior Adviser to join their Financial Reporting team on a Fixed Term Contract until April 2025. Based in Wellington or Auckland, this role involves monitoring financial reporting compliance of Financial Market Conduct (FMC) reporting entities to ensure high standards of financial disclosures.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure investors have access to necessary information for informed decisions

  • Monitor FMC reporting entities for compliance and high-quality financial statements
  • Draft guidance notes and key reports for market participants

Qualifications:
