Job Opportunity: Senior HR Business Partner in Auckland CBD

Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and people-focused team in Auckland CBD. The role is on a 4-6 month fixed-term contract or hourly rate basis, allowing you to be a strategic HR partner on all people initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Understanding business challenges, opportunities, strategies, and operations
• Providing strategic advice and direction on People matters
• Coaching and guiding senior leaders
• Partnering through change
• Strategic partnering with senior leaders
• Reporting and analytics
• Employee relations/industrial relations
• Change management
• Succession planning
• HR generalist guidance to leaders
• Employee engagement
• HR projects

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in a large, complex environment
• Proven experience as a trusted business partner to leadership teams
• Experience in implementing strategic people initiatives
• Expertise in workforce planning, engagement strategies, talent, and succession planning
