About the Role

As a Senior Legal Executive with us, your tasks will involve various legal areas such as conveyancing, estates, subdivisions, wills, and trusts. You will need to be highly organized with a strong attention to detail as you handle a high volume of files at different stages.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in legal administration or a similar role
• Experience in conveyancing, residential, and commercial property workflows
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and good file management skills
• Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Landonline, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and electronic billing
• Tertiary qualification (Diploma level) in Legal would be highly advantageous
