Our client is seeking a Senior Associate lawyer with 6+ years PQE to join their property team in Auckland. Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, land acquisitions, property financing, development, subdivisions, and unit title work. Working with domestic and international clients from various sectors, including investors, developers, multi-national corporates, and government entities, will provide a diverse and challenging workload.

Requirements:

• 6+ years PQE at a reputable law firm
• Property experience with exposure to commercial property transactions
• Interest in further developing skills with a commercial mindset
• Good academic record with a B average or higher in law papers
