About the Role

Oxygen Advisors is currently seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with CFOs, Finance Assistants, and a portfolio of clients, playing a vital role in ensuring the success of both Oxygen Advisors and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly reporting packs for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Update key metrics, provide insightful commentary, and identify risk areas for the CFO.
• Support Finance Assistants in reconciling clients' financials.
• Build strong relationships and deepen understanding of clients' portfolios.
• Provide innovative solutions to clients' challenges beyond day-to-day needs.

Requirements

• Experience in creating monthly management reports.
• Curiosity and passion for supporting high-growth Kiwi businesses.
• Ability to switch focus between multiple clients.
• Interest in working within a highly connected team.
• Preference for experience in high-growth businesses.
