Job requirements:

• 5-10 years' experience in a Risk and Compliance position within the Financial Services sector
• Thorough knowledge of the New Zealand financial services, legal, and regulatory environment
• Ability to present, persuade, and negotiate

Job responsibilities:

• Developing and executing risk and compliance management strategies
• Assuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Engaging with the business and winning "hearts and minds"
• Supporting and facilitating initiatives between the NZ Board and a global parent

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years' experience in a Risk and Compliance position within the Financial Services sector

Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of the New Zealand financial services, legal, and regulatory environment
• Effective influencing skills
• Ability to present to a range of internal and external audiences
• Commitment to an open and trusting workplace
