- Thorough knowledge of the New Zealand financial services, legal, and regulatory environment
- Ability to present, persuade, and negotiate
Job responsibilities:
- Developing and executing risk and compliance management strategies
- Assuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Engaging with the business and winning "hearts and minds"
- Supporting and facilitating initiatives between the NZ Board and a global parent
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years' experience in a Risk and Compliance position within the Financial Services sector
Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of the New Zealand financial services, legal, and regulatory environment
- Effective influencing skills
- Ability to present to a range of internal and external audiences
