About the Role

The role requires a Senior Planner/Programmer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in construction planning, including 2+ years of experience in New Zealand. The role involves working on large-scale projects in various sectors such as Commercial, Apartments, Data Centres, and Retail. The responsibilities include writing programs for tenders, administering programs with EOTs, and tracking live projects' progress.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing, familiarity with NZ3910 standards, and the ability to track and report on project progress. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must for this role.
